On all our rental contracts the following GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS apply, established by the Association of manufacturers of and dealers in machinery, Warehouse Equipment, Road Construction and Transportation BMWT, based in Den Haag Filed with the District Court in Den Haag dated January 7, 2009. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. They always prevail over the terms of the hirer.
